Yeshaya (Shaya) Katz

Mr. Katz joined Meridian in 2024 and currently serves as an associate salesperson in the company’s Midtown Manhattan office. He specializes in landlord representation and tenant representation in New York City.
Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Katz was an asset controller at Alya Equities where he managed a CRE portfolio of over $65M. Before joining Alya Equities Mr. Katz worked in accounting and spent four years at Leasing Direct NY, completed a tax internship at Roth&Co, was a controller for County Electric Contractors, and performed residential leasing for Heights Properties.
Mr. Katz holds a Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in accounting from Excelsior College.
