Scott Miller

Scott Miller joined Meridian in 2020 and currently serves as a Vice President in the company’s Boca Raton office. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, development sites, office, retail , and mixed-use in locations nationally. Mr. Miller has structured and placed well over a billion dollars of debt for some of the industries leading developers and owner/operators.

Notable projects include a $252mm construction loan for one of Brooklyn’s largest mixed use multifamily projects in the post COVID cycle. Mr. Miller also has placed financing for multiple institutional class A lease up development deals and most recently closed financing for one of South Florida’s only multifamily to condo conversions on a leasehold.

Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Miller was an Associate at Compass Commercial where he was involved in both retail and office leasing for landlords and tenants in New York City. Prior to joining Compass Commercial, he spent four years at Douglas Elliman in both the brokerage and new development divisions where he worked with top developers on some of the most noteworthy new development projects in New York City.

Scott is an avid golfer and a patron of the arts.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Miami and is a proud member of the Harmonie Club of New York City.
