Among his most notable transactions is bringing acclaimed Michelin-starred chef Sujan Sarkar’s celebrated Indienne to New York City, securing 12,000 square feet at 515 West 38th Street in Hudson Yards for the restaurant’s Manhattan flagship, alongside two additional hospitality concepts, Elder and Apas. His experience also extends beyond hospitality, including Sui’s 14,000-square-foot flagship yoga, fitness, and wellness studio at 71 Fifth Avenue in Flatiron.
Beyond individual transactions, Samuel maintains ongoing relationships with a diverse portfolio of restaurant, hospitality, and retail operators, advising brands on their long-term expansion strategies throughout New York City. His work includes representing Oasis Bakery & Café, Tenichi Mart, and other growing concepts in identifying strategic locations, navigating lease negotiations, and expanding their presence across Manhattan’s most desirable retail corridors.
Samuel combines a strong analytical foundation with an entrepreneurial approach to commercial real estate. His market knowledge, strategic negotiation skills, and extensive industry relationships allow him to advise both property owners and tenants on site selection, leasing strategy, and complex retail transactions.
