Morgan Ben-Moshe

Morgan Ben-Moshe is an Associate at Meridian Capital Group in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Mr. Ben-Moshe joined Meridian’s Los Angeles office in 2022 and is responsible for the origination, negotiation, and placement of commercial mortgages across various property types, including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, and construction, with a focus on Los Angeles, Miami and New York City.

Previously, Mr. Ben-Moshe held positions at Property Markets Group, where he worked in the capital markets division overseeing high-profile projects such as The Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami, E11EVEN Residences Beyond Miami, 111 West 57th Street, and the expansion of Society Living. Additionally, he held key roles at Sunset Built Development and The Agency Beverly Hills. At Sunset Built, Mr. Ben-Moshe was instrumental in the firm’s growth within the single-family luxury development space, overseeing acquisitions, capital markets, planning and design, and sales for developments totaling over $100 million. At The Agency Beverly Hills, at the age of 22, he was recognized as a top 1.5% sales agent in the country and nominated for Tom Ferry’s 2022 America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list.

Mr. Ben-Moshe holds a Bachelor of Science in Policy, Planning, and Development from the Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California, one of the top four institutions globally for public policy.
