Mr. Freudenberger joined Meridian in 2024 as an Associate in the Midtown office, specializing in tenant representation in New York City.
Max has extensive experience in retail leasing, focusing on food, fitness, service spaces, and mixed-use retail.
Prior to joining Meridian, Max was an intern at Construction Management at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, handling cost estimation.
Max holds a Bachelor’s in Communication with a Minor in Real Estate from the University of Alabama.
