Matt Kennedy

Mr. Kennedy joined Meridian in January 2026 and currently serves as an Investment Sales Associate in the company’s Manhattan office. He is a specialist in the sale of multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and development properties throughout New York City, working with private owners and family investors on dispositions and valuations.

Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Kennedy worked at Morgan Stanley, where he supported the firm’s equities and derivatives business.

Mr. Kennedy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Real Estate from Clemson University.
