Kyle joined Meridian in 2023 and currently serves as a Senior Associate in the company’s Midtown office where he specializes in landlord & tenant representation in New York City.
A native New Yorker, Kyle’s vast knowledge of the city and all its sub-markets have led him to distinguish himself in the retail leasing sector with expansive experience in the leasing of restaurant, fitness, medical, and service-oriented spaces. The most notable of which include:
- “Brickyard Craft Kitchen & Bar” at One Wall Street Court – Ground Floor (7,500 Square Feet)
- “Bark BBQ” at 25 Thames Street (8,700 Square Feet)
- “Souraji” at 23 Avenue B (1,100 Square Feet)
