Mr. Kelly joined Meridian in 2021 and currently serves as an associate in the company’s Midtown office. He specializes in landlord and tenant representation in New York City.
Mr. Kelly has distinguished himself in the retail leasing sector with expansive experience in the leasing of food, fitness, and service-oriented space.
Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Kelly was a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual where he provided personal planning analysis and asset and Income protection to his clients.
Mr. Kelly holds Finance Degree from Florida Gulf Coast University.
