Gabe Icikson

Gabe Icikson joined Meridian Capital Group in 2025 and currently focuses on originating and structuring financing for complex transactions across the country. He has built strong relationships with top-tier lenders and capital providers, which he draws on to secure favorable terms for his clients.

Previously, Gabe worked at HudsonPoint Group, where he was involved in the acquisition of several mixed-use properties across New York valued at more than $50 million. Prior to HudsonPoint, Gabe worked in retail leasing at KSR, where he leased more than 50,000 square feet of retail space in New York City. With experience on both the brokerage and principal sides of the industry, he brings a well-rounded perspective to his clients’ needs and leverages his diverse background to consistently deliver favorable outcomes.

Gabe holds an M.S. from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, where he concentrated in finance.
