Daniel Hanan joined Meridian in 2026 as a Retail Leasing Associate in the company’s Midtown office, where he focuses on landlord representation across New York City. Daniel works on the leasing of food, fitness, and service-oriented retail spaces.
Prior to joining Meridian, Daniel was an Acquisitions Analyst at Redblock Realty, a Philadelphia-based multifamily investment and management firm with more than 750 units and approximately $70 million in assets under management. There he supported deal sourcing, underwriting, lender outreach, property management operations, and development projects across Philadelphia and New Jersey. He began his real estate career in leasing and brokerage roles at Philadelphia Leasing Company and Kassin Sabbagh Realty.
Daniel earned a BA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, with a minor in Real Estate Management and Development, from Drexel University.
