Mr. Harlowe joined Meridian in 2018 and currently serves as a Director in the company’s Midtown office. He specializes in landlord & tenant representation in New York City.
Mr. Harlowe has distinguished himself in the retail leasing sector with expansive experience in the leasing of food, fitness, and service-oriented spaces as well as the rollout of new developments.
Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Harlowe was a Senior Associate at EXR where he managed the leasing of large new development projects concentrated in Brooklyn.
Over the course of His career, Mr. Harlowe has negotiated more than 100,000 square feet in leases covering Manhattan & Brooklyn. Notable leases negotiated by Mr. Harlowe include Bulletin (145 Wythe Avenue), Package Free Shopping (137 Grand Street), Beloved One (294 Bedford Avenue), Thai Sliders (27 Cliff Street), China Bull (250 Broome Street) & Eastville Comedy Club (487 Atlantic Avenue).
Mr. Harlowe holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Boston University with a focus in Finance from the Questrom School Of Business.
