Avi Geller

Mr. Geller joined Meridian in 2010 and currently serves as a Vice President in the company’s New York City headquarters. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including underlying co-op and condominium loans on the East Coast.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Geller has negotiated more than $2.5 billion in financing covering underlying co-op and condominium loans and other property types across the United States. Notable financing transactions negotiated by Mr. Geller include Schwab House, Mayfair Towers, The San Remo, and Seward Park

Mr. Geller holds a degree in business administration from Queensborough Community College.
