Alexander Talarico

Mr. Talarico joined Meridian in 2024 and currently serves as an associate in the company’s Midtown office. He specializes in tenant representation in New York City. Mr. Talarico has distinguished himself in the hospitality industry over the course of the last ten years from working operations for Hilton, to brokering the opening of NOIR Nightclub as well as helping build out its food program during Covid, and most recently serving as the booking coordinator of Manhattan’s premier nightclub and event space – Nebula New York. Mr. Talarico’s experience and background allows him to see through the eyes of his F&B tenants and service them not only in brokering spaces, but also assisting them in marketing, staffing, and business development.
