Aaron Asherian joined Meridian in 2026 and currently serves as an associate in the company’s midtown office. He specializes in both landlord and tenant representation in New York City.
Aaron has distinguished himself in the retail leasing sector with expansive experience in the leasing of food, fitness, and service-oriented spaces as well.
Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Asherian was a Relationship Advisor at Bank of America, where he managed long-term client relationships and delivered tailored financial solutions. Prior to that, he spent 2 years on and off as a real estate intern in NYC.
Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Delaware. He credits his background for his client-first mindset, negotiation skills, and overall market knowledge.
