Chaya Habibian

Ms. Habibian joined Meridian in 2026 and currently serves as a Broker in the company’s midtown office. She specializes in landlord representation and tenant representation in New York City.

Ms. Habibian has distinguished herself in the retail leasing sector with expansive experience in the leasing of food, fitness, and service-oriented spaces as well as luxury retail boutiques, medical and wellness facilities, beauty and spa concepts.

Prior to joining Meridian, Ms. Habibian was a Loan officer at JDM funding where she managed the underwriting in loans. Prior to joining JDM, Ms. Habibian spent 1 year doing Residential Real Estate.
