2020 Next Generation Honoree: Meridian’s Hannah Howard Goes the Extra Mile

August 14, 2020

A Dallas-based mortgage broker with Meridian Capital Group, Hannah Howard focuses on assisting developers, corporate users, REITs, institutions and 1031 exchange buyers in the financing, acquisition, disposition structuring of commercial real estate. Among her specialties are commercial real estate financing, debt services, off-market multifamily transactions, NNN single-tenant properties and Hilton branded hotels.

With a background in both residential and commercial real estate, Howard has earned plaudits from clients for her dedication, energy and results-oriented approach. “Hannah consistently goes above and beyond,” says one client. “The words ‘can’t’ or ‘quit’ are not in her vocabulary. She continues to impress and deliver results.”

Another client attests, “Hannah is the only female financing broker I know and doesn’t let that stop her. She is aggressive and sharp. She makes it happen even during this environment.”

These are just a few reasons we chose Howard as one of the Texas 2020 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s fourth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
