MERIDIAN CAPITAL GROUP ARRANGES FINANCING FOR WILSON, NC MULTIFAMILY
APARTMENT COMPLEX
Wilson, NC - Meridian Capital Group recently arranged $2,006,200 in financing for a multifamily apartment complex located at 1602 Kincaid Avenue. The property contains a total of 100 units. Shimon Weiner of Meridian’s New Jersey office negotiated on behalf of the borrower, Silver Street Development, to secure a 10-year term mortgage with a low fixed rate.
