MERIDIAN CAPITAL GROUP ARRANGES FINANCING FOR KNOXVILLE, TN MULTIFAMILY PROPERTY
Knoxville, TN - Meridian Capital Group recently arranged $11,500,000 in financing for Country Oaks Apartments. The property consists of 31 buildings and a total of 350 units and is located at 1000 Country Oaks Circle. Israel Schubert and David Cohen of Meridian’s New Jersey office negotiated on behalf of the borrower, The Embassy Group, LLC, to secure a rate of 5.45% over a seven-year term mortgage.
