Ari Adlerstein and Ari Dobkin currently serve as co-heads of Meridian's healthcare and senior housing finance platform. They are responsible for the origination, underwriting, and placement of loans pertaining to healthcare and senior housing properties and are specialists in this unique and operationally intensive property type. Together, they have closed over $3 billion in financing, with over $1 billion closed in 2017 alone.
In addition to this impressive volume of loans, Mr. Adlerstein and Mr. Dobkin have proven themselves as experts across a wide variety of financing types, including acquisition, construction, mezzanine, bridge and permanent as well as accounts receivables financing. To achieve outstanding outcomes for clients, the team works with a broad array of lenders spanning specialized banks, CMBS lenders, debt funds, life insurance companies and agency lending platforms.
